We have been using Glen Zona for several years now to care for our rather temperamental (but very energy efficient!) gas furnace and water heater. To be honest, its kind of a lemon but we bought it so there you go. . . Because of that, we have had to use Zona's services more often than I would have liked but after we found him (the last repairman screwed the furnace up by wiring it incorrectly during a repair) we have not wanted to use anybody else. He is available 24/7 and is quite prompt. He has never met a problem he couldn't fix quickly and for a reasonable price. I give him five stars because what he also has brought is honesty and integrity. He has had several opportunities to pad his bill or perform unneeded services and he has never taken advantage of them. Its really nice to to not worry about getting screwed over and that is what elevates him to five stars; integrity. Can't recommend him highly enough.

My spigot fell apart and just gushing water, Glen was able to swing by in less than half an hour and got it fixed for me! Definitely would recommend.

One of the best ever and I'm not saying that cause I got adopted by his uncle he really is professional quick and clean. You won't even know he was there besides the leak will be gone.

Glen was very knowledgable and you could tell he is a good guy. Free estimate and he installed a new water heater within 24 hours of me calling him and his price could not be beaten by competitors. Glen is an awesome guy. Knows his work for sure . He has done a lot of jobs for me in my home. Could not get another plumber like Glen. Awesome honest guy he’s always reasonable on his price . Great guy.
